Meraner Höhenweg
The Meraner Höhenweg is a closed-circuit trail consisting of six day-long segments and encircling the Texel Group Nature Park. There is a northern Meraner Höhenweg and a southern Meraner Höhenweg. Of course, you can also choose to hike along a single segment.

The six segments of the Meraner Höhenweg are as follows:
  • From the Hochmuth to the Hochgang House
  • From the Hochgang House to the Giggelberg (Vinschgau / Val Venosta Sonnenberg)
  • From Giggelberg to the Katharinaberg (from Vinschgau / Val Venosta to the Schnals / Senales Valley)
  • From the Katharinaberg to the Stettin Alpine Refuge
  • From the Stettin Alpine Refuge to Matatz
  • From Matatz to Hochmuth (Val Passiria)
