Information regarding your booking
- € 8,00 shall be deducted for any meals which are not taken.
- Your room is available for occupancy as of 2 pm on the day of arrival. You are kindly requested to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.
- Hotel bills may be settled in cash in (EUR or CHF), by non-negotiable cheque or credit card (Eurocard, Visa,Mastercard). Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Card. Swiss francs are exchanged according the rate applying on the day of transaction. In the event of cash settlement we grant a 1% discount off the entire holiday sum.
- Dogs shall only be accepted subject to prior arrangement and are not permitted in the restaurants or dining rooms, nor to the swimming / bathing or spa zones. Charge per day without dog food: € 8,00.
- Room plans and photos may vary slightly from actual rooms and apartments; in such cases, however, this will not constitute grounds for amended rates or abandonment of contract.
- For guests arriving by rail: free hotel bus transfer from Merano railway station to San Leonardo providing we receive notification in good time.
Travel insurance
…after all, you never know
Take out our travel insurance policy just in case – heaven forbid! – things don’t quite go to plan before you set out on your holiday. The policy we offer will be booked and charged along with your room reservation. For just € 3,00 per adult and reserved day of your holiday we cover all cancellation costs in the event of accident, sickness or death on the part of all those included in this policy – children, parents or grandparents. The same applies to instances of significant material damage or a break-in to your property which absolutely requires the presence of the policy holder, or in the case of pregnancy.

Cancellation terms
- In the event you are unable to make your trip and we receive three weeks’ notice prior to the planned start of your holiday you will be charged a € 100,00 cancellation fee per room which has been booked.
- In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the planned start of your holiday you will be charged € 250,00 per room and € 500,00 per family suite
- In the event of a cancellation up to 3 days prior to the planned start of your holiday you will be charged 75% of the total cost of the holiday.
- In the event of a room cancellation on the day of arrival or during the period of the holiday under Italian law you will be charged 80% of the costs you would have otherwise have paid according to your reservation.
- In the event that you do not show up despite booking a room and without any notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full costs of the room for the entire period for which it has been booked.
- These cancellation terms shall apply independently of whether cancelled rooms are hired out again for the planned reservation period, whether fully or in part.
