A unique culinary concept under the guidance of Hansi Pircher and presented by our executive chef Daniel Holzeisen and his highly motivated team. Each evening there are two five to seven course menus to choose from and you can await a delicious liaison of regional South Tyrolean and multi-faceted Mediterranean cuisine.
But at the Stroblhof you will not only be pampered at dinner – in the morning you can enjoy a tasty buffet with various types of bread, homemade jams, fresh fruit from the own garden, freshly pressed juices, yoghurt, sausages and ham, muesli and bio food corner and much more. In the afternoon we offer you a “Vitality buffet” with cakes and cookies, coffee, fresh juices, sandwiches, salads, soups etc.
