The concept of the unique Stroblhof gourmet cuisine comes from your host Hansi Pircher, a gourmet and wine connoisseur himself, who working together with the master chef Alex Sallustio likes to surprise and wow time and time again.
The outstanding team led by Chef Alex Sallustio and Sous Chef Philipp Hillebrand always uses fresh ingredients from the region if possible for the traditional South Tyrolean specialities and delicacies from Mediterranean cuisine. In doing so, the herbs come from the hotel’s own garden, fresh crunchy fruit and vegetables from South Tyrolean fields, home-made bread and jams, fresh eggs from the farm and much more are used creatively. The dishes that you enjoy as part of the Stroblhof gourmet board or in our à-la-carte restaurant are multi-faceted, aromatic and imaginative.
