Stroblhof GTCs

We recommend that you book our travel cancellation insurance, so you can enjoy a worry-free holiday at the Stroblhof. 

The travel cancellation insurance is charged at 3% of the booked vacation price. Travel cancellation insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident or illness of the travel participants or death of the travel participants, children, parents or grandparents. This also applies to significant material damage to property or burglary which make the presence of the authorized person absolutely necessary, as well as in the event of pregnancy.

A doctor's certificate or a corresponding document confirming the reason for cancellation must be presented.

The rooms are confirmed as soon as 20% of the total amount of your reservation is payed by credit card or on our bank account. Payment by bank account for Hotel Stroblhof GmbH, bank name: Raiffeisenkasse Passeier, IBAN: IT 16 M 08998 58810 000300205001, BIC-Code: RZS BIT 21026. You will get a confirmation as soon as the deposit is on our bank account.

We recommend taking out travel insurance to protect yourself from cancellation costs.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• For cancellations made up to 3 weeks before arrival, we will charge €100.00.
• For cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the booked stay.
• For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before arrival, we will charge 75% of the booked stay.
• For cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival as well as in the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be fully or partly filled by someone else.

Cancellation of spa treatments:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 100% fee will apply for the missed treatment. Thank you for your understanding!

• € 20,00 is deducted from the Stroblhof gourmet board price for any meals not consumed.
• Your room at the Stroblhof is available from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out possible for a fee and on request.
• You can settle the hotel bill in EUR or CHF in cash, by cheque or credit card (Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard). American Express and Diners are not accepted. CHF are according to the exchange rate on that day. Please note that cash payments in Italy are only allowed up to a maximum amount of € 2.999,99 for EU citizens.
• Dogs are only accepted at the Stroblhof by prior arrangement and do not have access to the dining areas, pool complex and spa areas. Daily rate: € 20,00 not including food.
• There may be differences to the illustrated sketches and photos of the rooms and apartments but these do not justify any right to price changes or cancellation.
• If arriving by rail: free pick-up service by hotel bus from Merano/Meran train station to San Leonardo/St. Leonhard and Hotel Stroblhof (with adequate prior notice).
• Court of jurisdiction is Bolzano - Italy.
• The tourist tax of € 3,90 per person (from 14 years) and day is not included in the price of the stay, but will be charged separately on site.

The payment of the hotel bill is possible on the day before departure until 10:00 pm or on the day of departure until 11:00 am. The invoice can be paid in cash in EURO or CHF (at the daily exchange rate) or with a credit card (EC card, VISA, MASTERCARD). American Express and Diners Club are not accepted. Transfers must be received in full on the account of the Stroblhof Südtirol GmbH at the Raiffeisenkasse Passeier by the day before departure at the latest.
