The travel insurance is charged at 3% of the booked vacation price. Travel insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident or illness of the travel participants or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents. This also applies to significant material damage to property or burglary which make the presence of the authorized person absolutely necessary, as well as in the event of pregnancy.
A doctor's certificate or a corresponding document confirming the reason for cancellation must be presented.
The rooms are confirmed as soon as 20% of the total amount of your reservation is payed by credit card or on our bank account. Payment by bank account for Hotel Stroblhof, bank name: Raiffeisenkasse Passeier, IBAN: IT 16 M 08998 58810 000300205001, BIC-Code: RZS BIT 21026. You will get a confirmation as soon as the deposit is on our bank account.

The payment of the hotel bill is possible on the day before departure until 10:00 pm or on the day of departure until 11:00 am. The invoice can be paid in cash in EURO or CHF (at the daily exchange rate) or with a credit card (EC card, VISA, MASTERCARD). American Express and Diners Club are not accepted. Transfers must be received in full on the account of the Stroblhof Südtirol GmbH at the Raiffeisenkasse Passeier by the day before departure at the latest.
