Stroblhof – the hotel’s GTCs
So that your holiday is a total success
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can enjoy a worry-free holiday at the Stroblhof. With this you financially insure yourself in case anything unforeseeable happens before you start your holiday. The insurance being offered is booked and charged together with your room reservation at the Stroblhof. All the cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the insured person, their children, parents or grandparents are covered for €3.50 per adults and booked day on holiday. This also applies to significant damage to property or burglary that requires the presence of the authorised owner, as well as in case of pregnancy.
The rooms are confirmed as soon as 20% of the total amount of your reservation is payed by credit card or on our bank account. Payment by bank account for Hotel Stroblhof sas, bank name: Raiffeisenkasse Passeier, IBAN: IT 16 M 08998 58810 000300205001, BIC-Code: RZS BIT 21026. You will get a confirmation as soon as the deposit is on our bank account.
€ 15.00 is deducted from the Stroblhof gourmet board price for any meals not consumed.
Your room at the Stroblhof is available from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out possible for a fee and on request.
You can settle the hotel bill in EUR or CHF in cash, by cheque or credit card (Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard). American Express and Diners are not accepted. CHF are according to the exchange rate on that day. Please note that cash payments in Italy are only allowed up to a maximum amount of € 2.999.99 for EU citizens.
Dogs are only accepted at the Stroblhof by prior arrangement and do not have access to the dining areas, pool complex and spa areas. Daily rate: € 15.00 not including food.
There may be differences to the illustrated sketches and photos of the rooms and apartments but these do not justify any right to price changes or cancellation.
If arriving by rail: free pick-up service by hotel bus from Merano/Meran train station to San Leonardo/St. Leonhard and Hotel Stroblhof (with adequate prior notice).
Cancellation terms and conditions
If you cannot start your journey to the Stroblhof and your cancellation is received by us up to 3 weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge a cancellation fee of €100.00 per booked room.
If you cancel between 21 days and 7 days before the start of the holiday, you are charged 50% of the established amount.
If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before the start of the holiday, 75% of the amount is charged.
If a room is cancelled on the day of arrival or during the holiday at the Stroblhof, 80% of the final total for the booking is charged. If a guest who has booked a room at the Stroblhof does not arrive, 80% of the agreed price is charged.
These cancellation terms and conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partly rented out to someone else.
Cancellation of spa treatments at the Stroblhof: Unfortunately we have to charge 70% for treatments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
