The SAUNA HERBAL CUP is an international competition for sauna masters. The focus is not only on infusion technique, but above all on the deep connection between the sauna, nature, herbs, and traditional rituals.

Natural ingredients such as herbs, plants, infusions, essential oils, incense, and traditional towel-waving techniques are used. Everything is designed to offer guests a special, holistic experience where they can enjoy the scents, warmth, atmosphere, and effects of natural materials, fully immersing themselves in the ritual.

The Italian qualifiers feature two disciplines: a ritual in the Finnish sauna and a ritual in the steam room involving a body scrub. The top participants qualify for the international final.
